Kelly Rayfield

Program Director

Kelly joins Our Place after nearly ten years leading a variety of teams in complex hospice operations. Before hospice she was a Program Manager at Kellogg School of Management organizing corporate training programs for global executives. Kelly is dedicated to leadership through service and is always committed to exceeding the expectations of her customers, her colleagues, and her family/community. When not working Kelly enjoys reading, exploring new places, or walking with her 'fur-baby' Bailey and her loving husband.
