Our Place is committed to providing engaging programs safely. In order to do so, we carefully decide how to staff each program based on the content and number of participants that enroll. To meet everyone's needs, we cannot refund fees when a participant cannot attend. Exceptions only are made if a participant gets a job or has a medical condition that impacts their ability to have a set schedule.
